Michael D’Agostino, 66, of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away in his home on July 13, 2024, after a long battle with diabetes. He is survived by his brothers, Joseph D’Agostino and Thomas D’Agostino, his sister Anne Marie D’Agostino-Callahan, and many family members and friends. He is predeceased by his father, Joseph, his mother, Joan D'Agostino nee Krynski, and his brothers, John and Anthony.
Michael was born in Long Branch, NJ, and was a long-time resident of Boynton Beach, FL. Michael spent many years of his professional life in the hospitality industry, concentrating on accounting and finance. For several years, he was employed by Fused In Glass of Boynton Beach, FL, and the Marianist Community of Brothers and priests in Hollywood, FL.
Michael was an active member of the Palm Chase Condominium Association. He served as President and, most recently, as Secretary for the Board of Directors. He was very proud of his initiative in developing the dinner out club for the residents of Palm Chase and never backed down from sponsoring “block parties” for the complex.
Visitation will be Friday, July 19, 2024, 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 West Boynton Beach Boulevard, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. There will be a Christian Wake Service at 5:00 pm.
The funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be on Saturday, July 20, at 11:00 am at St. Mark Catholic Church, 643 St. Mark Place, Boynton Beach, FL 33435.
