A gathering will be held on Sunday January 13th, 2019 at Landmark Funeral Home 4200 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, FL from 4pm to 8:00pm prayer service at 7:00pm. A Memorial Mass will be held at Annunciation Catholic Church, 3781 SW 39th Street, Hollywood, FL on January 14st at 11:00 am In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Joffrey Ballet or Chaminade Madonna High School.

Rose M. Stierle passed away peacefully at the age of 88 on January 6th, 2019 at her home in Hollywood, FL. Born in Philadelphia in 1930, she moved to Hollywood Florida in 1955 with her husband and first two children. Devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, she loved caring for her family will be remembered for supporting and encouraging her husband and children in all their endeavors. Rose now joins her husband William Matthew Stierle of 70 years and her youngest son Edward in heaven. Rose is survived by, 7 of her 8 children Michael Galligan-Stierle, Therese Guttiere, Rosemarie Worton, William Stierle, Katherine Thomas, Thomas Stierle, and Patricia Stierle, along with their spouses, 22 grandchildren & their spouses, 16 great grandchildren, and her sister, Theresa Mancuso.For over 25 years, and while raising her family Rose was an integral part of the Chaminade-Madonna family she was in charge of the cafeteria, concession stand and cook for the Marianist Brothers. She loved dancing and the performing arts, was an avid letter writer sharing with every one she knew what was going on in her family’s lives. She got a degree floral arrangement, ran the floral department at Publix and enjoyed gifting them to friends and loved ones.
